Product Information

  • Will my product look the same as it does in the photo?
    • We try to show an accurate representation of our products, but due to computer screens, colour may vary slightly. We recommend ordering a fabric sample before you make your purchase.
  • Do you have a showroom where I can see the products in real life?
    • No. We are based in central London and send out samples on request.

My Order

  • Can I place an order over the phone?
    • No, all orders must be placed online
  • Is it possible to cancel an order?
    • If the fabric hasn’t been cut then you can cancel your order.
  • Part of my order is missing, what do I do?
    • Please check your delivery note to see if any of your items will be arriving separately
  • How can I pay for my order?
    • We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also pay via PayPal or Apple Pay.
  • How do I use a discount code?
    • Simply put all your products in the shopping bag and proceed to checkout, where there is discount code field. Update your bag and the discount will be applied.
  • Do prices include VAT?
    • All prices quote on our website are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate

Delivery & Returns

  • Do you ship internationally?
    • We ship within the UK and globally. All deliveries outside of the UK will be quoted for upon order. To order for a destination outside of the UK, please email studio@alixlawson.com.
  • How long will it take my order to arrive?
    • If the item is in stock, we use a courier service who aim to deliver your order in 7-10 working days.
  • What is your returns policy?
